Unfortunately, when you see the real ty trac logo, you can be pretty sure that the listing is more designed to get you to buy their "service" than it is to help you buy the property.
You can search the registry of deeds for foreclosure information if you know how and have the time.
I am a Falmouth real estate professional and I can save you time and money.
Also, Livia Freitas is not correct:
1."42 Beach Street in East Falmouth (MLS #21209013)" is one of my listings and it is not a foreclosure.
2. The map in the RtyTrk "listing" is on Beach Road and not Beach Street.
If you search the registry of deeds, there is not even an order of notice - the beginning of the foreclosure process - for any property on either Beach Road, or Beach Street in Falmouth.
There has been activity since 2010 on 9, 11, 16, and 51 Beach Road and on 11, 20, 55, 64, 89, 90 and 93 Beach Street, but neither address is involved in any foreclosure activity.
I sold 93 Beach St.
Using an experienced professional WILL make a difference.
