I purchased both of the top 2 Home Warranty Plans that were rated on the internet for both of my properties, one in Phoenix and the other in Payson and both came out of New Jersey.
I need to know the Top Home warranty company in Arizona.. I will not recommend either one of these,, ever!

As a homeowner, my experience with FIDELITY has been unbelievably terrible. I have been without A/C for a week today in 115 degree temperatures because there service guy cannot fix my unit. He was out twice and was unsuccessful so I requested a different contractor. Now I have been waiting for 2 days for them to assign it. I just called this morning and they have not found a contractor who will take on a rush assignment (I love that I'm a "rush" assignment after a week. I have had to stay at a hotel and board my dog and this is utterly ridiculous. I asked for a supervisor today and go someone's voicemail. I have had other homewarranty companies in the past and none of them have been like this. FIDELITY is the worst!

I've use One Guard for over 5+ years with no problems (knock on wood). They used to use the name Serviceone, but changed names after another out of state company was also using the Serviceone name.

Did you use them for any AC problems?

Old republic and one Guard (formely service one) are the ones i have personally used in the past. My suggestion is to visit their website and compare coverage and fees. Calling the customer service #'s and asking questions will help as well.

I've used Fidelity National and Old Republic and they have been very good. A lot depends on who you work with that represent these companies and if they will go to bat for you if there is an issue and I have found they do.
