Hi Maureen.

I live in Little Falls and have shown quite a few of these Inwood Co-ops. The ones I have shown all had hardwood flooring. They are priced well, and are in a nice community but the monthly maintenance fees often are very high; some 700 to 900 a month.

hey Maureen, not sure Inwood would work for you. These are co-ops and the ownership structure is different than a condo. We can discuss these when we meet and I'll explain the difference. Talk to you soon! Jim

WOULD YOU LIKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THIS HOME?
DO YOU NEED ANY OTHER INFORMATION?
