For example: In Deleware, years ago, a mobile home could only be resold 3 times and the end buyer was stuck withthe mobile home.

I have sold several mobile homes over the years and that has not been a problem here. The financing is usually the issue as mobile homes that are over 20 years old have to be paid all cash as lenders do not want to finance the older models. There are disclosures that are required by the Seller regarding the condition and we have forms that the Seller fill out to provide the information as required to the Buyer. Also, the parks management has to approve the buyer once an offer has been made . Creditworthiness of the Buyer is essential to the management.
