Any guidance on the state of this neighborhood? Is this an up and coming area for young couple/family? Concerned about state of the old rundown homes

Hi there,

Yes this home is located in a newer transitional area. You will see older home thru out the area. I think this is one of the few newer and bigger home in the area. It kinda stand out. It will likely be another 5-10 years before most of the older homes get rebuilt.

If you are concern about the area, I would recommend looking into Coppell and Valley Ranch area, or even Las Colinas. The city has done a better done with zoning so most home sits right on the area.

Please visit my website for other homes in the Irving surrounding area :

I can also email you other listings in the area as well.

With any city in USA you will have newer construction vs. tear down areas. Not working with a Realtor Contact my office today where I can show you many amazing homes work with your family specifications.
