Dear Dems,

Th property you are inquiring about is located in Cedar Point which is located just west of Military Trail and south of Boynton Beach Boulevard. Condition and square footage is the key in here but be careful as sales are all over the board. Over the past year we have had 5 sales in the community and all but 1 have been at $63,000 or lower. Two of the sales were at $30,000. The other sale went for an amazing $128,900 and it was a cash deal thankfully as not sure they would have gotten an appraisal in that amount. It had been remodeled but still a very strong price for the community.

Keep in mind that Cedar Point is a 55+ community that will only allow small pets so not sure that works for you and your family.

The very best of luck to you and I hope this information is helpful but if you need anything additional please do not hesitate to give me a call.
