Your Realtor should be providing you a full understanding of HOA dues when they are due, how they are paid, quaterly, yearly , what it covers.

If you don't have an agent contact my office Saturday where I can show you many amazing homes work with your family specifications.

It depends on the community. They can be paid monthly, quarterly, annually, or semi-annually. It differs according to the HOA.
