Trulia Fort Lauderdale,

Surely you know the best strategy when submitting an offer on a home in any market, hot or cold, is to use a trusted and experienced Realtor! A professional will have a solid understanding of market conditions and what it will take for you to get an offer accepted.

I hope this was helpful!

Trulia Fort Lauderdale,

Here's a great article titled "Do You Need a Lawyer to Buy a Home?" from Fox News that might answer your question: http://www.foxbusiness.com/personal-finance/2011/11/22/do-need-lawyer-to-buy-home/

Best of luck with your home purchase in Progresso Village!

You can not!
Why?
Because you have not provided sufficient data for ANY determination to be made.
Even if such details were provided, the quality of those renovations is crucial.
If the home was expensively and lavishly renovated to meet the needs of an NBA ball player, the rest of the population will simply be too short to enjoy those 'larger than life' attributes.
There is way too much we do not know.

Best of success,

Tanya,

The best way to find out about neighborhoods is to physically drive-by those neighborhoods and you will have an on-hand feel about them.

If you're searching for a Fort Lauderdale home in the Progresso area, you will be in an area whose values are on the rise as the area continues to upgrade.

That is very much based on the influence of Wilton Manors, a city whose gentrification has progressed well past its own borders.

You may want to have your Fort Lauderdale real estate agent show you homes in the Progresso area. You will find homes with prices from around $35,000 for small houses that may need heavy rehab, into the mid $300,000s Naturally, the price you pay will depend on the location and the condition of the property.

If you take a look at recent comps for homes in the Progresso area of Fort Lauderdale and homes in Wilton Manors, you may decide that home prices in Progresso -- and even in Wilton Manors, despite its increases -- are still relative bargains...because they continue to increase based on improvement in the area.
