As I said, I have seen it, most likely a property was noted a short sale, and when the only buyer was a family member, that party had to buy it at market value. It just still tagged as a short sale in the listing. Disclosure of all things is done, and all is good. No one related to the owner is allowed to get the deal that most short sales might be. It's fraud if not disclosed, but it does happen. So check into it.
