Generally most sellers have no issue with a VA loan.

The only issue they may have is that many people using a VA loan get 100% financing and usually sellers want a down payment to secure the sale contract.

Hi B20forlife ! The only place to get The estimated cost would be from the planning and Zoning department in Prescott Valley 928-759 3050 for the permits taken out recently. The building possess (Scenario) Would include both owner builder and contracted. If you do owner builder Get a course of construction insurance quote first make sure you get at least a 1 million policy. Your building plan will need go to review with the city engineers I think impact fee is ooutta sight....last i heard 15,000 for almost
everything. once you have picked your plan take it by the local suppliers and they can give you a price complete with discount if you buy all from them.Before you spend any money get a good gut check to see if you have the intestinal fortitude to go through with it first.
