Your lender looks at most things based on default risk. If you live and work in the same city, your risk is default is lower. If you work in Phoenix but your primary address is in Prescott, your risk of default is higher. Definitely check with a mortgage person on this. Feel free to call or email me with questions.... more

Just reviewing old post.. The Landlord Tenant Act will not apply to homes that are rented without a Licensed property manager and those that the landlord owns less than 5 units. Be careful out there.... more
Dick it will all depend on what you are building.. cost can on a 2 level will greatly differ from a single and at 5000 sq ft bathrooms will cost more so if you have a 4 bath home that will be more than a 3 bath..
