There are tests you can purchase to do-it-yourself to find out. Just because a home isn't on a list doesn't mean there was never meth in it. Better to be safe than sorry.

These tests are supposed to show any trace of meth, including if meth was made or used in the home.

Here is a link to a site I found where meth residue test kits can be ordered:

Nicki... There is currently ONE home on the market in Tuscany Place. It is $169,000, has a 3 car garage, 10 foot ceilings, granite counters. It was built in 2007, has 1503 sq feet.

It is, however, a short sale. This could delay the negotiation & closing process.

Are you aware of the differences between a short sale, a foreclosure sale (auction) & a bank repo (REO)? If not, I'd be happy to explain the differences.
