But having said that, you truly need an area, experienced Realtor, who will be able to compare your property to similar properties, those that have sold recently and those on the market. If the Realtor should not be able
to find exactly the same acres and size of home, he or she can make adjustments and even take you to see
some homes that are similar to yours so that YOU can a really good idea what Buyers see and how they
will compare your home to others.

In other words work with a Realtor from your Terra Bella area in CA...

Hi Robert,
I just responded to your other question without realizing that the property will be torn down. If this is a cash sale and there are no inspections, and no loan, it is a simpler transaction than I described in the other post.

The buyers are not required to have a survey if it is cash, but they might likely elect to get a survey done. An attorney, title compnay and escrow company are still needed.
