Maybe Vicki Banister at beacon Reality. The other rentals jack the rent up 100 to 150 dollars above section 8 The rent affordability gross rent TTP+ Max Subsidy which for a 2 bedroom for me is 600 and If I find a 3 bedroom it is 600 also. every one is different. But this leaves many home Owners with Empty rentals and when they foreclose, guess who gets them nest eggs when renters are unable to come close..Who did not rent your houses? and they sale them quick after for closing or rent them. Call eastern plains regional housing and see if they have a list of anyone who still owns a rental that will rent to section 8....
Don't be fooled and taken advantage of by realty on the list that want application fee's for you to qualify.Section 8 already has done your back ground checks and they have rental leases.. You have just been cleared by Federal Gov and it was pure hell getting that approved...Nuff Said!!!

Would suggest.

You will need to look in rental section when searching.

Hope this helps.

Speak with your lender about an FHA loan, they allow for a minimum 3/5% down payment. They have up front premiums you should know about but they will explain.
