Dear Concerned,

You did not list an address.

Questions about specific properties should be addressed by an agent YOU have agreed to work with. Purchasing real property is an important decision and a complicated process.

My advise to you is get your funding in place, then find an agent that will check into issues (like pool safety and property mangement) that are important to you. Every buyer is different and you need an agent that will keep your wants and needs in mind.

I don't know if you're still interested in the Port Orange city data. I answered your question 2 years ago, but I just deleted my answer, since the links have changed. The ones I provided at that time are now dead. So here is a fantastic link to Port Orange statistics:

Also, I live and work in Port Orange, and I'm a Daytona Beach native. I've sold real estate in every city in east Volusia County. If you're still interested, I'd love to help.

The site below is to one page in my web site, strictly for Port Orange. If you click the "home" button, you can start from the beginning, and view the front page. You can also view my listings, and video tours of some of them. Our market is improving! So far, for every city I've checked this year, we have increased sales. You can view those charts on my blog at Here's the link directly to the Port Orange blog =)
