If you make 6 figures just work on repairing your credits it's time consuming but doable. First step will be to work on getting some of the negative items removed from your credit, order a copy of your credit report then examine it thuroughly then contact the credit bureaus in writing asking that they validate or remove inaccurate or conflicting information from your report once that is done you can then work on settling the smaller items first making sure when you settle or pay they agree to permanently removed the item from your credit report. Or you can hire a professional like myself to repair your credit... Feel free to text out text helpline with credit repair questions between 5pm - 8pm hope this helps ... more

Find a local property management company. Many of their best rentals never make these sites and get rented out to well qualified tenants directly. This saves the landlord time and money and assists you, if you know to do it. ... more

Lot of new developments are springing up every where in Pooler. Many new Stores and restaurants are coming to Pooler. You have two fairly new movie theaters (one has and IMAX theater), a high end outlet mall, and I believe a water park is in the forecast to be built here too. Pooler is definitely the up and coming place to live. It's also not far from HAAF. I live in the Bridgewater community and I'm only 17 min from the main gate. Pretty much a straight shot on I-16. Good luck!! ... more

I live in Pooler myself. Savannah Quarters has a number of neighborhoods ranging in price from the high 100's to over a million. Savannah Quarters and the many communities along Pine Barren Road are the closest to I-16 which you will most likely take to Hunter. Godley Station at the other end of Pooler has homes from the mid 100's to high 400's. It will add about 10 minutes to your trip to Hunter. Send me some information about your price range and your requirements and I will get you some more specific answers.

Try to contact a property manager directly. As Realtors, we believe in the American Dream and there has never been a better time to buy. I am sure the Realtors you have dealt with are not trying to waste your time, but wanting to help you. You will find rent in our area is more than the cost of a mortgage. Also, Pooler qualifies for 100% USDA (no money down loans) which is very likely to end in March.

The Realtors in our area are very ethical and just want to educate everyone to the benefits of home ownership.
