There is only two public accesses to Ponte Vedra Beach. The rest are in Jacksonville beach. The problem with Nocatee is that you have to drive a very long way to any beach access and the parking is very limited. I believe Micklers access has only 100 spots. ANyone familiar with the area knows for years that Ponte Vedra has had issues of private home owners not allowing access to public accesses and there is also NO PARKING at any of the accesses so you would have to ride your bike. Meaning you will have to ride your bike from Nocatee to Ponte Vedra Blvd.
The traffic on A1A south to North is unbelievable and it's that way any time of day. IMO, you are wayyy better off living in Ponte Vedra closer to all the shoppingcenters, like Target, Home Depot, etc and avoiding much of the A1A traffic. The north part of Ponte Vedra is within biking distance to many beach accesses and MANY parking areas in south Jacksonville beach.
