Hi Patti,

The other thing to consider in Ponce Inlet is that a good majority of the homes are on septic systems, which can be an issue when considering the addition of a pool. A survey will usually tell you where the septic system is and you can get a good idea if there will be enough room for a pool. However, as the Salvador Team answered below, Ponce Inlet has very strict regulations regarding the removal of trees, so that matter of a pool being added to a property will require in depth due diligence.
