Pasek, these are perforeclosures that Trulia lists on their website. They are not yet available for sale and may never be. It's hugely confusing that they do this.

If you would like a list of REAL foreclosures in and around the Plymouth Meeting area, just email me. Don't forget to include your price range and any other locations that you would consider.

Connie Brady,…, Real Estate Pro in Plymouth Meeting, PA
Thu Aug 4, 2011
Connie Brady, Assoc. Broker answered:
Just like Edmond said, the property is in foreclosure, I did have the listing before the bank took it over and there was work that needed to be completed. I have not been in the property since the bank took it over and they may have cleaned it up a little. The property had mold behind the walls and that's why it did not sell quickly and the bank would not accept a $165,000 cash offer prior to them taking it back. More then likely it would not go FHA. However, if you would qualify, I have a home in Norristown that is in absolutely beautiful condition and has very SPECIAL FINANCING. Feel free to call or email me Connie@ConnieBrady.com. Dan Rich answered:
Good Morning Merry,

Here is the detail from RealtyTrac. The auction sale may have been postponed, although I would need to do further research. Depending on the stage of the process you are likely looking at an attempted short sale, sheriffs sale or REO. They are require alot of research and leg work. Contact me if I can assist with your purchase.

Hi, Roshan,

I see that this property is described as a Townhome. Are you acquainted with Plymouth Hill? It is a condominium building, approaching the high-rise style. This is NOT a townhome.

If you would like other clarity about this listing, or if you are looking for a townhome, please let me know. I would be glad to help you out with this. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Judy May, Es…, in Collegeville, PA
Wed Feb 4, 2009
Judy May, Esquire, REALTOR answered:
Sometimes they're one and the same (that is, a seller may decide that they need to do some sprucing up, for example, and decide to EITHER take it off the market OR simply ask that no showings be scheduled for a time period). The result is the same -- prospective buyers aren't able to see the property.

Also, some sellers decide to take it off the maket for a time following an extended time for the property having been on the market -- in an effort to make the listing appear "fresh" once it goes back on the market.

Only the seller and the listing agent know the reason in this particular instance.

I hope my answer is helpful. Please don't hesitate to contact me at (610) 324-5240 with any other questions. It would be my pleasure to assist you in any way that I can.

Enjoy your day!

Warmly,
Judy
