Hello sundeep seth, the rentals in Pleasanton for 3bd 2ba apartments are from $2,600 and up. If you figure out what cities/zip codes you are considering, minimum number of bedrooms and the maximum payment/price you are looking to achieve you can be emailed listings to fit your search criteria.

You should study RENT vs BUY options as you may qualify to buy with minimum out of pocket expenses and pay less than rent in many cities. Your fico scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary.

Beware of the many rental scams out there these days on all sites. The scams are on all of the rental listing sites except one that us agents/broker use such as mls, multiple listing service.

You should not give anyone any funds or personal information without confirming with a licensed agent/broker or management company to find out whom you should be dealing with and the status of any address of interest.

You may qualify to buy with FHA as a primary residence with fico scores between 500-579 with 10% down or minimum 580 fico score may qualify FHA 3.5% down or as low as .5% half percent down payment program. You may consider 3% down conventional from a minimum 620 fico score.

The purchase in Pleasanton start from 399k for 3bd 2ba condo which is as low as $2,000 down payment with a minimum 580 fico score @399k.

You will need to be pre-approved if you decide to buy to be able to meet an agent to view and submit offers on any homes of your choice. Your qualifications will be determined by your credit profile, debt to income ratios, fico scores, home price, loan program and how much you want to invest into the down payment and closing costs.

It only takes a few dozen questions to qualify, go over your options and email you listings to study and compare. Here are some links to study as well as web reference links to many loan program pages offered...

Hi Abbey,

While it may be difficult to find a rental property willing to accept a larger dog, there are definitely some options out there in Dublin, Pleasanton or Livermore.

Sometimes the property management company may ask for a larger deposit or you may be asked to pay additional fees per month for having the dog on the property.

I would be happy to assist you in finding the perfect rental for you and your dog.

Please feel free to contact me anytime Either by phone 925-784-3527, or by email

Thanks and have a great day

Most properties that are for rent in Pleasanton are NOT furnished. I think the main reason is the supply/ demand issue in Pleasanton. The higher demand for rentals in Pleasanton makes it much more eaiser for owners to rent without the need of spending on furnishing properties. ... more

Hi Minh,

From your question I'm not clear whether you plan to be renting or purchasing a rental property.

If you are in town to find a rental property to live in the following sites can help you review inventory and prices:

As Jeremy alludes to, there are not many "rental agents" primarily because landlords have websites like the above to market their properties.

Now, if you are in town to purchase a rental a finding a Realtor® is a wise initial step to protect your interests. You can check to make sure an Agent is a Realtor® by going here:

This may also come in handy if you are going to be a Renter or Landlord:

Hi Christina,
I would need to ask you a few questions in regards to the process you are using. Email is great for communication. Experience shows that buyers that are serious will make an appointment with a trusted real estate consultant and face to face communication to find out what is important to you is priceless.

What I do is schedule a one hour buyer session with one to find out what is really important. After that we are out on a buyer home tour. I coordinate the homes for you with the agents that have the listings so that I can make sure that they are still available. There are many homes on the internet that are already sold. Call me today as I have a few openings this weekend which will fill up soon.
