Hello, Depending upon the area and location, taxes can vary from home to home. Taxes are adusted annually upon a mill rate and assessed value of the home. Not sure of what area of Wisconsin you are looking to move to, but I can assist you in your endeavors. You can go into any county site and gather this information, it is public record.

Depends on how far you are into the deal. If you are still in attorney review and home inspection it's possible. If you are past all contingency deadlines then it will be a little harder without the possibility of consequences. If you have an attorney, talk to them and see what your options. ... more
