HOAs are listed at $223/month. Property taxes are approximately 1.25% of purchase price.
This property is currently pending (in escrow, accepting backup offers).
There are some similar properties available nearby that I'd be happy to send to you. Let me know what you are looking for.

Hope this helps,

John Barry, Real Estate Pro in Eagle Rock, VA
Sat Apr 4, 2009
John Barry answered:
Hi Cmillen,

It is likely that this property is not yet on the market, but may come on the market as a foreclosure in the future. The notice you are referring to in your Trulia post is a notice saying that the borrower is now behind on their payments and the property is in default. A document must be filed by the lender as part of the foreclosure process, and the borrower has a certain time period to bring the loan current. This is the notice that such a document has been filed against this property. Therefore, the property may or may not actually go into foreclosure and come on the market. Unfortunately, there is no property address disclosed on this notice, and also has a unit number, which leads me to believe it may be a condominium. I would also be happy to see what other properties may be available in the area & let you know, or see if I can locate more information on this one & get a property address, and then keep an eye on it to see if it comes on the market, at which time I can let you know. Please email me at john.barry@coldwellbanker.com if you need any more information or have any questions or would like some help in your search.

Thanks, have a good day!
