We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Buy' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Click 'More Filters'.
5. Select your preferred property type, square footage, etc.
6. Click the red 'Apply' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Contact the agent" button to get in touch with a real estate professional in your area. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

As a realtor and loan officer, I think with a higher credit score of 720 and combined income of $68k, you should be fine. However, still need to verify the debts for your co-signer.

If you still have not purchased the home and still looking, give me a call and I can help you.

Hi Jane,

There are two types of Surveys. One which is a full survey and another one is Survey Certification. You must speak with your lender on which one they require.

New York Home Buyer answered:
Is there an update on this case or similar cases?

My builder of a new construction ignored important filing requirements with the city even long after i pointed them out - hoping I get scared of the increasing rates and get out of contract due to delays. They even asked me to get out a few times. After almost two years of being in contract the builder says they have the CO now and want me to pay up more for additional expenses they incurred due to city building regulations changes.
In November 2013 the builders attorney signed an addendum to the contract which would reduce the price of the house for each day of delay after the end of 2013. I thought of not pressing for it since I think the builder is also losing out money by waiting. Now as the prices are going up the seller's agent is saying that the seller/builder will walk out of closing if they don't get more money for their construction expenses (not agreed to before) at closing. Anyone knows a good attorney who dealt a similar case?

Check with the person that does your taxes but as stated for your federal tax there is none if you have lived in the home for 2 of the last 5 years for t he 1st $250k of profit for you and $500k if you are married.

For NJ as stated you may have to pay a nonresident tax at the closing. The income taxes will all depend on your other income.

NJ also charge a transfer tax of less than 1% for home less than $1million.
Let me know if I can help you further.
