Jean,
Home is just a shell and needs to be finished. The home will also need a well and septic. I would anticipate on an worse case scenario, 20K for water and septic to be safe. Aerobic septic 9-11K or conventional septic 4-6k and 5-10k for a well depending on how deep they have yo go and if you wanted a storage tank. Dosent look like such a good deal. Let me know if I can help. I can send you some other properties in the Pipe Creek area and maybe Mico and Bandera? Have a great weekend!

Thank You,
Steve Johnson

This area is called Live Oak Acres, however there is no HOA or restrictions. This would be a good place for horses and multiple homes on the property should not be a problem. The property has been on the market since 4/30/2011 and it started out at $250,000 and has recently come down to $215,000. The county has the property assessed at $164,430. Call me and I'll take you out there and show you around. You can reach me at (830) 460-0889 ... more
