As others have said, you didn't order it, you didn't pay for it and no one is required to share it with you.

The same applies to the home inspection. You didn't pay for it, you did not order it and no one is required to share it with you.

However if the owner of these assets believes it to be in their interest to do so, they can do as they please at THEIR sole discretion.

It is clear to me that you had a real purpose regarding how you might use this information. Should you choose to impose action based on this knowledge, your agent could find himself in great peril. He steered around the ice berg rather than hold the course of calamity that your question suggests.
