My stomping ground! We have a Street Car connecting downtown to the campus. And there are a terrific amount of bike lanes, not to mention campus shuttles, I could go on. If you are considering buying for a student - call me & l will make certain you get the best bang for your buck! It is possible to live without a car here.

This is located in an East/Central part of town. There are multiple bus stops within a few block of this apartment complex. If you are interested in knowing more about properties for sale in this area feel free to give me a call or drop me an email. Also, it may be cheaper to find a condo in this area, somewhere between 35-50k, before renting. Home loans are very inexpensive and can help you leverage the property to decrease your monthly expenses substantially.

Best of luck,
Michael Shiner.

We have friends across Speedway and maybe six blocks west. They are the second house from Speedway. When we visit, I sometimes notice the noise but do not find it distracting. For a frame of reference, we live in a small subdivision probably half an hour from any four-lane road, and can often go an hour without hearing a car. THAT is quiet. When we visit metro Atlanta, the 24 hour noise makes me nervous, and was part of the reason we left.

Hope this helps.
