Karen Peyton answered:

You're dealing with a website when using Trulia. Not a person who can hear, listen and understand what you want. For that you need an agent. Use the Find an Agent tab at the top of the page to locate a living, breathing, "human" real estate professional in Tucson.

If you don't, you may end up where you are for some time.

Best of luck and "Happy Thanksgiving!"

I don't understand if you're asking about placing a roommate ad on Trulia, or if getting a roommate is a good idea...
No roommate ad on Trulia.
A roommate to share your present expenses to allow you to save money for a down payment is a good financial plan. Whether or not it will "work" in the real life day-to-day may be tricky if you can't find the perfect match.
Best of luck!

Hello, Kulia.

While I cannot tell you the best apartment, since that will vary with your wants and wishes, you can find apartment rating sites on the internet.

Try the one below, or google Apartment Ratings Tucson Arizona.

It is hard to find something where zoning allows it specifically. I like the idea of Barrio Viejo, that one of the other agents suggested. The question needs more elaboration, such as are you looking to rent or buy? If you want to rent, a property manager that specializes in central Tucson would be a good place to start. The other thing I wondered when you say "conduct business" is whether you need parking spaces for people that come to buy, or if you have classes, or if it is just a workspace for yourself. If it is a workspace only that does not involve fumes, it won't be such a tall order to find.

The leasing agents/property managers usually require a deposit and you to complete an application which they check-out. There are several condo/apt rentals in the area. One good management company I recommend is MEB, and they have a few locations nearby. Good question & I wish you the best at your new job!

Peace & Blessings to you!
