I definitely agree with Dan, I have listings in Easley and see that each listing is different, but if you have not had a good CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) that compares, all of three categories, sold, active and expired homes, you are not going to have a good comparison. I suggest you definitely contact a Realtor and make sure your home is listed at the right price to sell. Also presentation is very important, how is your house staged? There are small things you can do that will make your house appeal and stand out more than your competition and can either be free or very cheap to do. So again I suggest you get a good CMA and get in with a good Realtor in your area.
