I'd be REALLY careful with anyone ever asking for you to send money. These people are usually scammers. If they will not meet with you to show the property, it's definitely hokey pokey. There is some great information here about what to look for with scams. Never send money or wire money, and never listen to people who claim they will "send" keys.
