Hello,
As a Realtor and property manager we know what investors may be looking and what to look out for when purchasing an investment property. We are investors as well.
I would be happy to help you search for properties and arrange for showings.
Also, one of our investors is selling his entire property portfolio. All properties are in rent-able areas of the city and most are already rented and receiving income. Please let me know if you would like my help with your search and/or would like to see the above mentioned property list.
Sincerely,
Dmytro V. Bova

I would be glad to answer your question if I knew what you wanted. Are you looking for a different place of residence, looking for schools with transportation or just making a random inquiry?

Please be more specific and I can help you.

I think that it depends on your type of commute. If you need to drive out to the King of Prussia area, then Manayunk is definitely going to cut down on your morning & evening hassle. If you're driving the 95 N/S corridor, then Northern Liberties, Fishtown, and East Passyunk are great options.

you are as old as you feel. also a widow, here's some food for thought.
Manayunk is hilly. Do you have any physical limiations that working hills is a problem ?
Winter ice and snow, get someone to clear for you, or will you take care of it ?
Myself staying around the young, can make you feel young, is that what you want
ditto the rent for a year, thought interests rates are so low your wasting 8-10K.
Get an experienced realtor, the younger realtors don't really know this area, your not the person to take on their learning curve
