If a realtor wants to buy your house... I'm the seller they are the buyer and that realtor doesn't get back with you when texting the realtor about your house and still leads you on saying they are trying to get financed and doesn't tell you that the contract has expired.... Is that it a conflict of interest since she contacted us about buying the house "As Is" with us giving full closure of any defects in the house, after all we are the principle ... She came to us... The answer is yes you can purchase a home on a J-1 visa as long as there is 3+Years remaining on the visa and salary to back the loan. You however would not be able to qualify for any of the government back loan programs instead you could qualify under a non-conforming loan (meaning that the banks own and services these loan).
