Hi Tina!

I'm sorry to hear of your situation. I am a property manager that works a lot in the Nottingham/Perry Hall area. Unfortunately, I do not have any townhomes currently available, but I get new properties on a weekly basis without much notice. Your budget is reasonable for a smaller town home without a lot of updates in the area.

There are a lot of great websites out there for rental searches, other than Craigslist, that have a lower possibility of being scammed. The best advice I can give to you to avoid scams is 1) NEVER send a security deposit without seeing the property or meeting the landlord, 2) if the rent is half of what you see on other similar listings and it seems too good to be true, it probably is, and 3) go through a property management company or rental community where the property is handled by a licensed professional who is held to a higher standard.

Throughout your home search, check into my website weekly at to see if any new listings in that area come up that works for you and your family. I wish you the best during your home search!

I'm a homeowner in upside down mortgage selling my home via a short sale because of separation/horrible tenants and will soon be renting. I am a professional, clean, organized, quiet, hard working christian female seeking a town home or single family home in the Perry Hall School District (High School) for rent. I have a stellar work history but improving credit (short sale doesn't help). I will be bringing 2 respectful, responsible and working teenagers with me. This is not a scam. I am a hard working individual looking to rent in the Perry Hall School district for my children. I can not pay any more than 1350 max. I am looking for a good christian landlord who is looking for QUALITY in a renter but not greedy when it comes to the price of rent. I will NOT let you down. ... more

Depends on what you are buying for and what it is zoned for. SFH built on an acre should be about 35 K to 60K depending on water and sewage usage.

All depends on the type of house, size, features, ect. Perry Hall/Nottingham is a desirable market and many homes are selling pretty quickly. If the price is right, you should expect a quick sale!

Happy Holidays!

Right now rentals are very hot. There are a lot of people relocating to the area that are renting vs buying until they get a feel for the area. My office also does property management so as a team we are able to rent your home quickly and handle the property management portion so you do not have to deal with the day to day worries of being a landlord.

I am currently working with a number of renters with more coming in every week on referral from other satisfied clients. I constantly have requests for townhomes in the whitemarsh, perryhall area. . I would be happy to meet with you sometime in the near future to discuss price, market conditions and the best way to market your rental.

Please give me a call or drop me an email.

why not rent a 3 bedroom apartment? Renting a single family home could be expensive. At this point in life you can use every penny you can save.
