Selling inherited house to family members:
The house built in 2005 has just been sitting for 2 1/2 years, utilities left on, no one living in house 4 co-owners. I want too sell my co-ownership of property to existing family members and get out from under this debt. Last appraisal taken may 2013, $166,000.00. Family is making no decisions, how do I find out how much taxes and all other expenses will cost to submit an offer to sell ???

It depends on what type of bankruptcy and what type of loan you are looking to get. You need to contact a local lender.

Here is information I received from one of our lenders.
Chapter 7 or 11 - 2 years on FHA, VA and 4 years on Fannie Mae/Conventional
Chapter 13 - 1 year with satisfactory 12 months of payments FHA, VA and Fannie Mae/Conventional 2 years from discharge date or 4 years from dismissal date
