Depends on where you live or interested in living. In Pittsburgh we have a great mass transit system. Look into the Port Authority in the city of your choice.

Red Rose Transit is very dependable. I have used them many times when my car was in the shop. It has been providing fixed-route bus service since about 1976. They continually improve and update their routes and schedules annually. There are about 20 different routes throughout Lancaster county. Most buses start running as early as 5:00 and run as late as 10:40-11:00pm. They do have a dedicated bus route to Lititz and it starts running outbound from Lancaster at 5am-6:00pm and inbound from Lititz to Lancaster from about 6am-6:35pm M-F and Saturday. Also New Holland also has dedicated bus route starting in Lancaster about the same times. Saturday schedules are a little different. They do not run on Sundays and on major holidays. You may pay per bus ride and/or you can purchase discount passes. For more information check out www.redrosetransit.com I hope this helps and welcome to Lancaster, Pa ... more
