Hi,

I understand and share your concern for displaying the correct information. Currently, Trulia does not have the tools to correct individual sales transactions. That said, this is a known issue and we are working towards creating a better experience for our consumers. What we can do to as a workaround is to remove the entire Price History section. Although we do not have the ability to fix or remove individual dates, we do have the ability to remove the entire section. If you would like to proceed with removing this section, please let me know.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

You need to go to the office of the taxing authority (city, county, town) and they can advise you of what you owe and if you can still pay to avoid an auction.

In this area, you have until the day before the auction to bring things current or have your lawyer advise them why they can not legally auction the property (bankruptcy or court judgement).

If you wait until the day of the sale, you will have to bid on the tax lien like everyone else. (But these rules vary by local laws)
