Maria: Just a note to say that I totally agree with the response that the other Angela gave you. A nicely furnished and equipped house is always a good possibility for a vacation rental, however, they do much better when they're closer to the beach. Pembroke Pines isn't exactly a tourist destination, although with the new mall at Pembroke Gardens, I can certainly see more visitors discovering us.

Just make sure it is as appealing as possible - spotlessly clean, in good repair, etc. You may even need to start a little lower in rent but, as Angela quite rightly said, this is entirely due to the features of the home (single family? pool? location? condition? upgrades?).

Best of luck to you,

Angela (the other one)
