Hi Sharon, This home was a bank forclosure and it was sold in Sept 2009. There is a current listing #7 for sale on the same street for 285,000. If you would like to see any home in Pelham would love to show you. I have lived in Pelham for 21 years and enjoy it! I have my license in MA and NH so I should be able to meet your needs. Have a Great Thanksgiving and Happy Holiday.

Val Cloutier answered:
Hi Sharon
This property is not for sale at this time (according to NH MLS). It was on the market in 2008, as a potential short sale (with 3rd party approval necessary for any accepted contract). The Sellers withdrew the home from the market in mid-October, and the listing expired in December 2008. Some home-owners are able to renegotiate the terms of the loan with the bank, and this may be the case with this property.

Are you considering a move to Pelham? Although there is nothing for sale on Homestead Road, if this is a style of home that you are considering, perhaps I can be of any assistance. You are welcome to contact me at your convenience for any questions on Massachusetts or New Hampshire property listings.

Thank you, and enjoy the day :)

Good morning Kim- I concur with the other comments listed below. Timing is everything in RE; if you have to wait because of someone else and you lose a great deal, its you loss- not the listing agents.
On the surface, this Pelham home looks like a very good deal- especially if you're in the market for a home with an in-law. There are not many like this one- so you'd need to get something moving, in my opinion.
If you need any help with preapprovals or anything like that, please feel free to contact me. Thanks and good luck,

Ken L.
