Pets may be a problem for an owner's insurance.

I would use a local rental professional to save time and money and also to make sure you don't miss a great rental.

Hello Avery,
The rent does not include utilities. It does cover, water, sewer, refuse and snow removal and parking.

Noteable issues are more relative to your personal taste and/or a home inspection, and can be used as contingencies in an offer.
I would choose a local real estate professional who can learn your taste and help you.

Hello & thanks for the post! As others have mentioned this listing and many others which are provided by "RealtyTRAC" are still in pre-foreclosure, meaning the bank has yet to take over and the homeowners still have many options and time before they do so and it actually becomes a bank-owned foreclosure sale. I personally live around the corner from this property on Jacobs St in central Peabody and would love to send you some other single family (or other type) of listings that may be of interest to you. Please feel free to contact me anytime today on my cell or text (978-869-8042) or email davecutler@gmail.com. There currently 9 active single family listings right in Peabody under $200,000 and a few are available to view today if you're interested! ... more

Lisa Johnson Sevajian answered:
Hi Scott

I am the listing agent on the property at 1 Herold Road. I knew something exciting had to be happening when I received a handful of inquires about whether or not there was an inlaw apartment with this home.

The house has a really unique floorplan that would lend itself to a variety of uses. I'm sure with some adjustments an inlaw scenario could work. I have explored the option with another family and have the personal experience with this home that it sounds like you may benefit from.

How much space would you like for the additional living area to have?

Please feel free to call me directly at 978 457 3406 or email me at lisa.johnson@nemoves.com and I will be happy to go through your options.

If you are in fact working with a buyers agent I would encourage you to have them schedule a showing at the property and I would be happy to meet you all there and go over your options in person.

Best of luck
