Hello Hugo. Z57 and Point2 are well recognized enterprises in the industry. Either will serve website purposes nicely. Both have very extensive resources for analysis, capture and stay in touch features. Both offer flexible and selective syndication functions.

However, it is incredibly important for YOU to strategicly see what role the website plays in your real estate business. These vendors may promote ideas that don't exist where the rubber meets the road. (where the consumer makes their decision to act)

From a consumer prospective...what is really needed?
From a 'find' prospective, how do you envision the citizen finding this web site? (SEO, adwords, placement, sponsorship, collaboration, localism, social media, direct mail, billboards, bus benches) If you pay for these services then you must ask yourself...what is my website doing for me that a simple squeeze page couldn't? You may conclude that your web page is simply a validation of your professional qualifications and accomplishments.

If you reach the same conclusion I did, lead capture strategies and web sites are strategicly different tools. Know your marketing platform and the way you desire to do business, then build around those concepts the infrastructure for growing your business. Take care not to create redundancies, segregated databases or systems requiring inordinate care and feeding. Otherwise you will find others trying to force your enterprise into their triangular box. Should they succeed, you will find yourself over-invested in their system and the cost of extraction prohibitive.

Of course, you MUST have a web site, wordpress and facebook will do just fine. If you understand 'leads' are your lifeline and conversion is your business, then I can give referrals to other companies you should consider. (yes, I will be compensated)

You can't go wrong with Trulia, however, the value is in participating which means committing the most irreplaceable resource you have....Your TIME.
