Was the notice addressed to you? Were you aware that you were subject to possible eviction action?

If it is clear that the notice was address to you and intended for you, I am not sure if the incorrect address will negate the eviction.

You should consult an attorney, or the county legal aid help line. Legal aid will provide FREE landlord tenant dispute info free of charge if you qualify.

I hope all is well. Well it depends on the quality of the goods you use. Average is about $100+/sq ft and will go up from there. This is just for the building materials and does not include the cost to purchase the land, grading, permits, electrical, water and sewer/septic. I have a list of reputable builders if you are interested.

Space rents vary in the Senior Mobile Home Parks in the Paso Robles area. You would be better off contacting the park manager, or if it's listed contact a licensed Realtor. We can look it up for you in the Multiple Listing Service.

If you're referring to Heritage Ranch at Lake Nacimiento, the association fee is $255.00 per quarter. This is a private gated community. There is no space rent because you own the land. The association fees cover 24 hour security, maintenance of the common areas, use of the launch ramp, tennis courts, basketball courts, pools, hiking trails and much more.
