Yes. You need to post your home for sale on Zillow, then it will sync to Trulia within 24-36 hours. Zillow and Trulia are the same company (Zillow Group).

Rental scams are common here and on any site that allows the general public to post. Please be very cautious with deals that seem too good to be true. NEVER send money expecting keys back by mail. You can search the address in any search engine to see how the homes are advertised elsewhere. If one listing is much cheaper than other places, it's likely a scam.

Please be careful. Some adds for rentals sound too good to be true because they are. Under no circumstances should you send your first month rent and deposit to someone by mail hoping to get keys back, this is a common scam.

So, we got the house and all the repairs...I think the broker was lying. In the end we ended up using a different agent from the same agency, as the trust was gone with the original one. Funny how the seller who supposedlt had such a great offer in the wings, took our offer, WITH repairs!

Still makes me wonder about the shadiness of said original realtor...guess I will never know! But, we love our house! :) Thanks for all the answers everyone!

The tax value is different from the market demand value. Tax value does not take into account noise, traffic, views, etc. There just isn't enough funds and man power for the tax assessor to value on subjective locations.
