I just found out I have an IRS lien for 4500 on my credit. Score is 584. I'm trying to get land at 30000. Any advice?

Unfortunately, NACA cannot be used for land-only purchases. There must be a home on the property whether is is pre-existing, new construction or manufactured housing permanently affixed to the site.

Investigate NACA.com. Attend their FREE 4 hour workshop. You can purchase a home up to $284,000 in the Hardeeville, SC with ZERO down, and NO closing costs, all based on your ability to repay, NOT your credit score.
