This property is in Elbert County and was built in 1994, the area is noted for horse properties, and unfortunately Google doesn't come out this way very often so the addresses can be off by quite a bit.
These properties are on well and septic, heat is normally propane. The link below will give you an app for home searches. Rental properties are starting to get more expensive.

This foreclosure site is basically an ad for RealtyTrac. The homes are not on the market, but there has been evidence that they are in some stage of foreclosure. It is better to go with a Buyer's Agent who can guide you through the process of finding the right home for you, be it a home for you to live in or a potential investment property. All the best.

Let me ask you what is important to you in a home? What is your reason for moving? If it is a killer deal that you are looking for, sometime foreclosure is the way to go but not always. If you are looking for Rent to Owns, Lease Options, Lease Purchase, there are categories for these types of purchases on the MLS. I would be happy to provide you with this list. The rental market for single family homes has tightened up considerably over the last couple of years. The people who are under water are having the issue of needing to exit their mortgage or just cover it and a Rent to Own may be their best option.
