That is an easy thing to find out. As long as the deed has been recorded all you need to do is go to the
Palm Beach County Property Appraiser's site at http://www.pbcgov.com and put the address in the search box.
You can then see the last sale date, what it sold for and who the new owner is.
It is all a matter of public record. :)
Oh, and by the way, that is a great little community close to the beach with great prices! There is something to be said for 55+ communities!!

Dear Marie,
The original asking price in the MLS in September, 2007 was $230,000. On April 15th the asking price was reduced to $85,900. On June 7th, it was changed from "Active" status to "Pending."

The sales price will be announced after the closing.
Please let me know if I can assist with any other questions.

Sincerely,
Susanna
