Honestly it looks like a scam to me. It is NOT a Condo and $1,000 per anything doesn't make sense! I would definitely go see them and not trust anything over the internet on this one!

Sharon Eastman answered:
Hi Tyler,

This house is currently for sale... the owner might be interested in renting the home until or instead of selling..........

BUT, be very careful, because sometimes the rentals are scams. I would call the listing agent Tyler Quinn, at 801-856-1414 to verify that the Seller does, in fact, want to rent.

If you ever want to consider purchasing, I would be more than honored to help you!

Best,

I think this is a scam because the property location on Landmark Drive is not an accurate address. The photo shows the clubhouse at the Powderwood condo development but ALL of those have addresses on 2200 West (aka Powderwood Drive) and the units usually show a Building number and unit letter.. I would recommend that you go in cautiously... I manage about 15 properties around Park City, but I currently only have one large one available that is over close to the Jordanelle. Unfortunately 9871 Cheyenne Way sold at the beginning of this 2013.

9871 Cheyenne Way is located in the upper (Northeast) portion of Jeremy Ranch. If you're looking for properties in that area of Jeremy Ranch ... there are a few others on the market -- current listings: http://goo.gl/HXAW5J )

Prices (as of this posting) in that area Jeremy Ranch range from the mid-600's to $1M.

If you're focused on a home in Jeremy Ranch in general, those range in price from mid-400's to $3M: http://goo.gl/mh1kyh

As a quick overview, Jeremy Ranch is a mainly a year-round residental community with an easy commute into Salt Lake City (around 20 minutes from your door to office) and fairly close (10-20 mins) to the three Park City Ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and the Canyons). It also has a semi-private golf course that winds through the lower valley with mountain stream (full of trout) running through it. So, it's an ideal location if you like the outdoors but want to be close to both Park City and Salt Lake City.

If you need more information on the area and/or Park City Homes for sale, please contact me at:

Greetings from Park City. The REO property that you are asking about is a vacant lot in Summit Park with 0.56 acres. The lot has year round access, paved roads, full utilities and is located within the Park City School District. The lot was foreclosed on by Duetsch Bank in late July, and was listed 3-days ago on the Park City MLS for the great price of $41,200. Accordingly, the listing, plat map, and other information is easily available, including addtional photos. Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information or assistance. I am always glad to help.

Yes .... The Line Condominiums has an HOA. If you would like copies of their CC&Rs ... let me know and I'll get those to you.

Just as a side note, this particular unit is an affordable housing deed restricted and needs to be owner occupied. You would need to be pre-qualified through Mountainlands Community Housing (435.647.9719).

Depends on what area of the home. There are actually several home that have radiant heat as the main source. The biggest problem with forced air is the duct system design is usually very poor. With only one thermostat in the home, which is usually in the central part, it doesnt help the outlying bedrooms that are furthest away from the furnace and are usually the ones that have several exterior walls and subject to greater fluctuations in temp. ... more
