It all depends on the HOA rules and bylaws. If they are allowed, then you will need to apply for the proper permits before building the fence.

Hey Linda I live in Palm Cove. Our HOA is 125 month. For that they maintain the community pool, cut your grass, pick up your trash and power wash your house once a year. Hi Jeanice. Im Joel with Latitudes Realty. I myself just bought a place in Palm Cove. It is a nice quiet community within walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately you missed that foreclosure it is under contract. New homes come up in their all the time. If you would like me to send you all the new listings in their just contact me and I can help you. I paid 71K for my in Sept. So even though they are asking $94K and up that doesnt mean thats what they are gonna get for them. I am very good at negotiating, its one of the reasons I am in the top 5% of all realtors in Bay County
