Welcome to Trulia and thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you're finding our listing information in your area outdated. I encourage you to report any listing errors that you find to us using the 'Report an error' link that you'll find on the right side of each property details page. Those reports will be sent directly to our Customer Service team so they can investigate and correct those errors.

Data quality is an important issue to us and we're constantly working with our listing providers to improve the accuracy and timeliness of our listing updates. Thank you for your patience in the meantime and please let us know if you have any other suggestions or feedback to share with us.

@ Terri - I see that you spoke with one of our Customer Service team members today. I hope that your listing issues have been resolved and encourage you to contact us again if not.

May I say, Dan, You hit the nail on the head. Still, a buyer can choose to simply ignore the self-obsessed answers that are often input. When someone parades about themselves and provides accolades about blah, blah, blah... I sit back amused because they are probably NOT going to attract the buyer or seller. However, if an agent provides substantive, helpful information and guiding advice, the prospective buyer or seller and others reading can easily respond or email that agent for personal service. As for a Buyers Only Forum, I'll predict that imposters find their way inside the separate community. Crone, I think you may email any individual agent you feel high regard. They would respond to you personally, for sure. (smile) ... more

Hi Karen,

Since you are a Trulia Pro subscriber, you can direct your listings on Trulia to the website of your choice. To do this just click on the 'change' link associated with the listing in question.

However, I checked your listings that don't display address information and found that none of our sources for these listings provide us with the complete property addresses. Your best option in this case would be to submit the listing information to us manually via the link below. Once the information you've submitted is available in our system within approximately 36 hours after your submission, you'll be able to click on that 'change' link and select this information to use for our display.

I do realize that this can be a bit confusing. If you have any further questions about this, don't hesitate to let us know.
