Your local MLS may not be syndicating the listings to Trulia/Zillow. Your agent can set up an agent account on both sites and manually enter the listings to keep the homeowners happy.

Hi Genoa,

Harry's answers below are correct. If you have claimed this listing you'll be able to edit the photos in the My Listings section of your account. Access the link below to navigate to that section and select 'Edit listing details' for the listing you wish to update. You'll then see the option to edit the listing photos and the process is self-explanatory from there.

Please let us know if you experience any difficulties with this process or if you have any other questions or feedback for us.

Hi Elsbeth,

Welcome to Trulia and thank you for your question. Listing photos and open house information are editable for all properties at this time. Other listing information can only be edited directly on our site if the listing in question has been submitted to our site manually.

In your case, it looks like we receive your listing information from Prudentail in which case you should contact them to ensure that they update your listing information on their site and within the data feed they send to us. Once they update their data feed, our display should update automatically with the new information.

Logo branding on Trulia is an advertising option that we extend to brokers. If you, or your broker, is interested to learn more, please access the link below and complete the form you'll find on the page.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or feedback for us.

Hi Beth,

Trulia does not list rental properties - only residential homes for sale. Realtors who have answered similar questions have suggested checking out Craigslist and rent.com.

I hope this helps you.

Hi Kate,

Trulia actually has this information available. Once you perform a search for listings in your area you can select the 'Recently Sold Homes' tab under our map and sort listings by price to see high-end homes. I've included a link below to the results of such a search in your zipcode.
