sjs, no problem. Lot's of mis-information out there. People confuse a PRE-foreclosure with a foreclosure. They are completely different animals.

FYI, I wasn't really referring to you. This question comes up all of the time on Trulia. Part of it is Trulias fault because they let you view "pre-foreclosure" homes, none of which are for sale. They shouldn't even be on here. ... more

Google maps is a great way to find out. Also if you like driving on the beach then Crescent Beach is great and much closer then Daytona Beach. And the fishing a great.

Palm Coast is a wonderful and diverse area. As to better sections, any section is excellent with locations close to churches of all denominations, schools at all levels, shopping, and recreational activities. One would have to choose based on monetary comfort level of the customer. While other responses showed areas to the west of the Intracoastal, depending on one's pocketbook, homes on the oceanside...in the Hammock area for instance should also be considered.. ... more

The area you asked about is a very large area(32137). More specific info is needed to narrow down the area. Is it a gated community? Does it have a canal? Is it in a flood zone. All these variables affect the price of insurance.
