This is a very slippery slope and difficult to get accurate information. I would Google "Palm Club Village condominium association or property manager" and contact someone directly. Realtors often have incorrect information so better to be proactive. ... more

Hi Torri~

Rentals typically require that your income exceeds 3 times the amount of the annual rent. Additionally, most rentals require first month's rent and a security deposit (some even require last month's rent). There is typically a fee for the credit/background check, and, if the home is in an HOA community, there will be an application fee. The fees vary so let's narrow down what you want...

Okeechobee Blvd is a long road. Is there a specific area on Okee in which you are looking? Do you have any pets?

JC- This listing does not state the Association Dues
but recently offered 3/2's- in Palm Club
are just under $ 400./per month.
The smaller units would be less. Incidently- This
listing is currently shown as being in "contingent "
Units in the Village Communities are very popular, best
to define what you are looking for and have a Broker Contact
in advance. Glad to help.

At this time there are a total of 2 units in Palm Club listed at $30,000 and below; one is a bank owned deal and the other is a short sale. Not sure what you mean by "without maintenance" as any condominium or townhome is going to come with a association fee paid either monthly or quarterly. The fees at Palm Club for the one bedroom units are currently running about $174 per month.

I will go ahead and send you the two listings but the best bet is the Fannie Mae opportunity at 1113 Green Pine.

I hope this information is helpful but if you need anything additional please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Emerald Isles is okay. I would recommend Grand Isles instead. If you can, try to see the neighborhoods in person. Good luck!
